Norwich

A city of beautiful old and cheap new. Unfortunately, the new dominates.

Also the home of the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, anywhere. Norwich Sports Village Hotel: threadbare carpets, grubby, worn bedding, stained bath and bathroom fittings, appalling concrete architecture. Ugh!

The breakfast was just about acceptable.
